- Show Praize Education Consult employs the services of professional tutors to serve you. These tutors are paid by the company NOT the client. Please DO NOT discuss payment with the tutor assigned to you or your ward.
- If there is anything about the way the tutor works or his attitude, do not hesitate to communicate immediately.
- To enable us pay the tutor on time so that he or she is motivated to work hard and do their best for pupil/student, 50% of payment should be done before work starts and the remaining payment should be made by the third week of the month. For subsequent months, payment should be done before or by the third week of the month to enable us pay the teacher by the fourth week of the month.
- If for a tangible reason the lesson for a particular day has to be cancelled, please give us a 24 hour notice. In the event where this is not done, the tuition session cannot be rescheduled and parent/guardian must pay for it.
- There would be periodic tests organized by the tutor to test the student’s level of understanding and seriousness with lessons. Parent(s)/guardian(s) will have access to the score and this should inform the discussions with student after the test.
- Given the needed permission, Show Praize Education Consult will contact the school teacher for the subject(s) we are handling for updates and any other concerns and or issues that needs to be addressed.
- If a teacher does not come for his or her class on the day they are supposed to come for class without permission, parent should quickly inform us via the watsapp number 0243102369.
